When a task is updated (P17504), the system will not take into account the user's time zone when creating the time stamp in the task's text attachment. For example, if a service provider using time zone 22 (Eastern Europe, UTC + 2:00) makes an update, and another service provider using time zone 42 (US & Canada, UTC - 07:00), if they both access the same machine, the time stamps will be the same.
For cases (P90CG504 and P90CG501), the system will calculate the time stamp based on the UTC and the service provider's time zone.
