After upgrading the tools release Visual Assist window stay open.
Visual Assist windows stay open in the foreground regardless of whether a value is select or the "X" is clicked to cancel. The window closes when the calling form is closed.
This happens in multiple applications.
On all browsers as well : Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open any application and click on visual assist for a field.
