Last updated on JULY 06, 2017
Applies to:JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Sales Order Management - Version 9.1 to 9.2 [Release 9.1 to 9.2]
Information in this document applies to any platform.
Taxes are being calculated and amounts written to Customer Ledger (F03B11) at time of Sales Update (R42800), and then carried to Tax Table (F0018) at time of the post (R09801) when the Tax Rate/Area is defined using Taxes by Item at zero percent.
- On-line invoice does show zero/no tax. However the associated Tax Rate of 6.25% does display.
- Invoice print (R42565) shows correctly with zero tax.
- Sales Update (R42800) incorrectly calculates tax amount when it should not and writes records to F03B11 which are then also written to F0018 at time of the post.
