E1: 54HS: P54HS10 Must Populate The 'People' Form Fields With Any HR Record Details

P54HS00 (Incident Master) / P54HS10 (Incident People)
Current functionality in the People section of the Health & Safety application set [P54HS10] was designed to default in some "Employee" related information from the F060116, F0101, F060120. The current "trigger" to enable this is on the checking of the check box "Employee [HSIEM]" on the People record (F54HS02).
It is required that HR records for 'non-employee' persons should also default in. These people are not 'Employees' but 'Contractors', and as such request that logic be included to use the "Contractor" check box [HSICON] the same as for the "Employee" check box. This should be controlled by a processing option on the P54HS00. It is not valid for clients to use the employee check box for contractors as there is a clear and legal delineation between the 2 entities and also runs the risk of inaccurate reporting.
