E1 9.1 / R31802A Manufacturing Accounting

CPAT is doubled every time R31802A is run across the same work order.
Because CPAT is doubling, with the next completion (same work order), the F4105 (cost method 02, Actual/Average Cost) calculation results with an incorrect value.

This occurs when the work order (parent) Item is setup with cost method 02 (Actual/Average Cost).

Example: Material Issues (P31113) have been transacted, Labor (P311221) has been reported and one (1) unit has been completed (P31114).

F3102 results after each R31802A execution (no additional completions performed):

Notice that CPAT is doubled every time (after the first) R31802A is run across the order.
Now, complete another one (1) unit on the work order.
The F4105 02 cost method cost value is calculated incorrectly as it is now based on the latest CPAT (931.84):  {(58.24)+(58.24-931.84)}/2 = 407.68.
Had there been no doubling in the F3102, the new unit cost on the completion on the second 1 EA would have been (58.24+0)/2= 29.12
