 Issue 1: Users cannot view media objects or export / import from the grid
 Issue 2: User is not prompted to install ActiveX controls
 Issue 3: Receiving Error: Unable to initialize WorkBook member
 Issue 4: ActiveX controls does not display in C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files on Windows 8 or Windows 10 machines

 Issue 13: Unable to install ActiveX controls - CONFLICT.* folders found under 'C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files' folder
 Issue 14: Receive a User Account Control window when attempting to Import or Export or working with Media Object attachments
