Symptoms

In this setup, Media Object attachment was set to use HTML Editor through Google Chrome/Firefox/IE browsers. The "Use Activex Controls" option in Server Manager is "Unchecked". But still the HTML editor was not opening in the Media Object viewer. Hence user was not able to perform any tasks related to "Text Attachments".

Basically, this functionality was working fine in DV environment but not in PD environment. Both these environments are in different server.
