Goal

Is there a way to change the URL that is generated via a shortcut link or parameterized url functionality? Currently it uses the JAS server information defined in P9654A. How to change this to something different than the actual server name, such as "Click here for Contract Master", but still use the complete URL? Perhaps there is a business function that might help to achieve this?
