E1: FDA: UDC Drop Down Feature Not Working in a Few Fields in Some Applications

Symptoms
After configuring UDC dropdown feature for all UDCs in all applications, it is observed that UDC Dropdown is not enabled for a few fields in specific applications like P4070. For example, the Adjustment Schedule field at the top of the screen in P4070 displays the traditional Visual Assist search functionality instead of dropdown box for the UDC. Whilst the same functionality in P01012 for the Search Type field is working fine and it does display as a UDC dropdown. It used to work even in P4070 prior to 9.1.4 tools release.
