E1:BSSV Troubleshooting BSSV ER Compare Issues with Business Services

When attempting to execute BSSV ER compare functionality via OMW for JP040000 custom code against pristine code it gives an error:

There are no errors in the jdedebug.log.

BSSV ER Compare is not Working and only getting "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify if a solution is available" error message in OMW.
