E1: 17: F1720.CNDJ and F1720.CNRC Blank after Service Contract Cancellation (Doc ID 2109996.1)

Symptoms

P1721 - Contract Revisions
R1736 - Service Contract Cancel

When cancelling a service contract using P1721|W1721F Cancel / Suspend form, the Cancel Date (F1720.CNDJ) and Cancel Reason Code (F1720.CNRC) are not populated.
If using R1736 to perform the same action, both fields are updated and then all contract header information are locked, which is not the case when manually cancelling the service contract via P1721|W1721F. When using P1721, the fields are not locked in P1720 after manually cancelling the contract. For instance it's still possible to change the contract status or customer information and this shouldn't be allowed.
