E1 9.1 / P31113 Work Order Issues

With manufacturing work orders the system is allowing 'In Warehouse' components (Material Status 07) on the Work Order Parts List (P3111) to be issued/processed by the Work Order Issues program (P31113).
These components should not be allowed to be issued as they have Pick Requests created (Status 200) against them as displayed in the Pick Requests Inquiry (P4600).
It is expected that the system will prevented this from occurring by issuing an error (ID 011X) 'Warning - Line item 'In Warehouse'.
Note that Processing Option 3 of the Edits tab of P31113 being defined. By defining this processing option, the system is neglecting any 'In Warehouse' components and attempting to move these components to
the Material Status Code defined for 'non-warehouse' components.
This causes two problems:
1. The system is issuing inventory from the Primary Location instead of the location to be defined through warehousing.
2. Inventory is being driven to negative against the Primary Location.
