Symptoms
When user enters a sales order for a stock item with stock line type (Inventory Interface set = Y) and item branch location has no GL Class defined (Blank), system pulls GL Class from the line type to populate G/L Offset (Alias: GLC) field in F4211 rather than the Item Branch.
When sales update (R42800) application runs for an order that has the following scenario; system is picking the GL Class in the line type constants for the item.
- Item master has GL Class Setup
- Item Branch has GL Class Setup
- Item Branch / Location does NOT have GL Class Setup
