SOA executing standard JP430000 to create Purchase Order for which customer has the business need to store a date value coming from the 3rd party in the user reserved field in F4301. Upon initial add the date is populated. However, after executing JP430000 to update the date is not updating User Date (URDT) in F4301.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When executing standard JP430000 BSSV it should update the date value that is being passed in F4301.URDT User Date. It should not be blank

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Execute JP430000 via SOAOPUI to include user date:


  2015-09-25T00:00:00.000-04:00


2. Check F4301 table to see if URDT User Date gets populated.
3. Execute JP430000 via SOAOPUI to change user date.
4. Check F4301 and data is not updated.
