E1: 31: P3112 Occurs Infinite Loop in E1 Root Log (Doc ID 2114797.1)

Symptoms

Open work order routing (P3112/W3112E) screen from enter/change work order (P48013) and leave it. After session timeout occurs, the following INFINITE LOOP error occurs in e1root log. This occupies CPU usage and gives bad response to other applications.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a work order (P48013). And attach routing manually or automatically using R31410.
  2. Inquire the work order (P48013). To inquire its routing (P3112/W3112E), select routing exit to row.
  3. Leave it as it is until session timeout.
  4. Check e1root log.
