E1: 08: ACA 1095-C Forms Do Not Handle Case Where Employer Offers Medical Coverage One Month Following Termination

On : 9.0 version, Affordable Care Act (ACA)
ACA process not designed to take into consideration a scenario where an employer has a medical plan which stipulates that for terminating employees, coverage is available through the end of the month following the month of the their last day of employment.
Currently the 1095-C forms coding is not reflecting this final month of coverage beyond the employment period.
