Symptoms

Issue:
  Carousel will not stay docked to the bottom of the screen when user logs out and back in. This issue is specific to a single user. Other users can test on the same machine without encountering the issue.
 
  STEPS TO REPRODUCE ISSUE 
   1. Log onto Web Client
   2. Dock the Carousel to the bottom of the screen


   3. Log out and back in
