Information in this document applies to any platform.
In this reported issue, the user received an email notification for the agents on the machines hosting weblogic JDE instances, as well as the agent on the Enterprise server. Both machines in question were immediately attended to see what the problem was. However, all instances on the weblogic machine as well as the enterprise server were running normally.
After this occurrence, the respective agent log's were reviewed to see what the cause of the incident was. These messages can be seen below:
