E1: WCS: WPS: One View Toolbar Icon Missing on Portal

Symptoms

 One View Toolbar Icon is missing in any application launched from E1Menu portlet. The icon can be seen on WebClient but not on the Portal.

“One View” option as highlighted below can be seen for all applications in Web-Client:

whereas the same is missing when accessing the applications from E1Menu Portlet:

Using same user to login to Portal Server and WebClient.
