Symptoms

When running JDEdwards EnterpriseOne with Tools Release 9.X, one or more of the following errors occur in the JD Edwards Enterprise Server kernel logs.  The ORA-03137 error may also be present in the Oracle database alert log:

The results of these errors could be UBERuntimeCache corruption on the Enterprise Server or Oracle database disconnects in the Call Object Kernel or Metadata Kernel logs on the Enterprise Server.
