E1: HELP: Help Icon Locks Up Applications When Open In New Window

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When using the "Open in a New Window" functionality for any app it brings the app in a new window as it should. If the user clicks on the help from the top of the screen under the blue banner the help comes up.
The actual application that opened in a new window becomes blank and with only a message of [object] on the top left corner.
