Information in this document applies to any platform.

Return Material Authorization Revisions (P400511)

When the RMA Defaults (P40052) are set to a Repairable Location of QA on the Purchase Order to be created for a REC Last Disposition Code, the QA location is initially defaulted, but when the line is edited the location on the PO gets changed to the item primary location.

The PO should be created with the Location of QA from the RMA Defaults.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. RMA Defaults (P40052) are set to a Repairable Location of QA
  2. Create an RMA using REC Last Disposition Code
  3. The location QA is defaulted in as the Location for Receipt
  4. When the user clicks down to edit the line, the Location for Receipt is changed from the RMA Defaults location to the item primary location.
