E1: SVM: Server Manager Agent Not Starting After Install: "Access is Denied" (Doc ID 2120192.1)

Symptoms


When attempting to run the installed 9.2.xx Server Manager Agent on Deployment / Workstation, the following issue occurs:

1. Java warning message during install of Server Manager Agent on the machine. The OUI does not detect the 32 bit Java install, although  this is present on the system.


2. Server Manager Agent Service is not able to start up after being successfully installed.
