E1: 31 :Rounding Difference in Quantity and Amount Between Cardex (F4111) and Account Ledger (F0911) (Doc ID 2123857.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 01, 2017

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Shop Floor Control - Version 9.1 to 9.1 [Release 9.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The Unaccounted Labor, Machine, etc CTS fields are only 2 decimal, whereas material issues can be done with decimal greater than 2, for example, 4 decimals.
In this case the Manufacturing Accounting Journal Entries (R31802A) creates Account Ledger (F0911) entries with the amount rounded to 2 decimals, whereas the Cardex (F4111) entries are created with 4 decimals.
This causes integrity issues between the Cardex and the Account Ledger.

R31802A should create  journal entries without rounding.
