Symptoms

On existing sales orders, Sales Order Entry (P42101) does not save changes changes until the revision reason code is revised. The application displays a warning message, per the audit log processing option values, when revising the quantity on the order. The Revision Reason field (RFRV) already has a value. The field highlights for the warning. Quantity changes and other changes to the order do not updated until the user modifies the Revision Reason code value.
