Last updated on JULY 16, 2021

Applies to:

JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Inventory Management - Version 9.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When the Inventory Manager BSSV JP410000 - processInventoryItem is used in change mode to update an existing item it automatically updates the Purchase Price Level (PPLV) back to default value = 3.
The PPLV cannot be passed into the payload of processInventoryItem and should not be updated.

Steps to Duplicate:
1) Find existing item in Item master and make sure that Purchase Price Level is not equal 3
2) Populate the payload for JP410000 - processInventoryItem in order to change any value like for example the item description
3) Run the BSSV and note in the response that is equal 3
4) Verify the Item master record and note that PPLV has changed
