E1: BSSV : BSSV Incoming Request Is Not Reusing Existing Call Object Kernel and Causing High Number Of Database Connections

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When a BSSV request is submitted to the Enterprise server (example. SOAPUI), it is not reusing the existing Call Object kernel process and creating a new Call Object Kernel process for each BSSV request. This will result high number of database connections open to the database.
