E1: 41: Cycle Count Entry P4141 Updates F41021T Wrongly

Symptoms
Run R41411 (Select items for count). On hand quantity of an item with
production number is 1EA. It is shipped and its on hand is relieved. So on
hand quantity becomes zero. Next, enter counted quantity (P41240). At this
moment, enter 1EA as counted quantity for the item. Then run R41413 (Update
count). F41021 is updated to zero correctly. However, F41021T is updated wrongly. On
hand quantity of the item becomes 1EA back instead of zero.
