E1: BSSV: 'Created New Inconnection' Message in BSSV Clustering Setup

It is observed that in BSSV clustering set up "Created new InConnection" severe errors are appearing even though the clustering appears to be working fine. Able to do provider test and consumer test successfully, except for messages that occur in BSSV instances which concern.
E1root log has the following severe errors:
