Wisconsin (WI) Employer SUI (Tax Type H) is calculating in negative when the SUI flag is set to Self Adjust in the Company Options.
since WI allows state unemployment carryover (in this case MN), system sees that it has over collected SUI among the two states thus it reimburses the amount collected from MN.
