For release 9.1, the CRM Activity Home Page P01312 allows the addition and update of activities through its calendar view (One stop shop area for inquiry and maintenance of information) but the data is not accessible, updated correctly and is lost or incorrect when using the program in a number of areas. This is especially true when creating a record as an originator and then an update is made by the assignee and vice versa which is normal usage of an activity flow.
Example: You have entered a lead with an activity as the originator and added an assignee. The assignee on the lead is unable to update the activity type on the activity but does add description notes, updates the date/time, adds text attachments or other. Subsequently you are see incorrect data or the data is lost upon update.
