P90CA084 does not show customer master records if the Employee flag is turned on.

We have implemented customer line of business and we have employees that can be customers of multiple companies. If the Employee flag (ABATE) in the address book is turned on, the P90CA084 will not show the record, even if the record was created via P03013.

Business Impact:
It's impacting the Vertex implementation.
