E1 9.1 / P40G30 > P31B31C Operation Lot Costs

When entering a consumable item to a Blend/Grower operation using a UOM other than primary (and with a valid conversion setup), the Lot Cost consumable cost component is correct for that consumable item but any additional/following consumable item's cost are calculated incorrectly, using the UOM conversion factor from the item entered with a non-primary UOM.
