E1: 47: P47130 Sets DD Default Value for Columns OPBA, OPLL, OPMS, OPPL and OPSS

R47131 (EDI Inbound Purchase Order Change) generates the discrepancy report (R47003) with columns OPBA (OP Allow Backorders), OPLL (OP Partial Ship Line Items), OPMS (OP Allow Multi Source), OPPL (OP Partial Order Shipment), OPSS (OP Allow Substitutes) though user did not change any of these values.
- These columns are related with Order Promising module
- Default value is defined in 'N' through Data Dictionary Item (P92001)
- During creation of Sales Order entry, these are overridden to 'Y' through Sales Order Master Business Function
