R078501/B0702700 (ADP Periodic File)
R078501/B0702700 (ADP Periodic File) combines the GM tax (Employee Workers Comp Assessment) for employees with the Employee SUI field code AY in the ADP Periodic file. This same issue was resolved already for Employer-paid workers compensation (tax type HM) through Bug 22128992, but this resolution must be applied to the employee-paid tax type GM as well because this tax type must NOT populate the ADP Periodic field code AY. Additionally ADP requires that Local records be created in the ADP Periodic File for any GM taxes EXCEPT for OR/WA/WY. The states of Oregon/Washington/Wyoming have specific field code requirements for workers' comp, but any GM tax collected for states EXCEPT OR/WA/WY such as New Mexico need to have a separate Local record written instead (i.e. NM32W1 with Local wage/tax in the field codes BM/BN and BP/JB).
AY: SUI Employee Taxes
BZ: Employee Workers' Compensation Assessment
Desired Outcome: B0702700 must bypass the AY (EE SUI) field code from being populated for any GM tax type in the Periodic File, and B0702700 must create Local records for any GM taxes calculated EXCEPT for OR/WA/WY.
