E1: 90: Text Attachment is Not Saved in P90CG504 When Entitlement Is Checked For A New Case

While adding a new case, enter all mandatory fields along with "TEXT" entered directly in Issue Description in P90CG504 application. Then customer is checked for entitlement (by clicking entitlement check icon) and note that customer is not entitled (Circle w/Line icon appears). Save the changes. Note that text entered directly in Issue description in P90CG504 is not saved.
