Symptoms
When attempting to add a sales order via processSalesOrder it fails to create and the following error occurs. The issue began after applying the ESU for Outbound Inventory Management Phase 2

B42004200 CommitSalesOrder::CAUSE . . . . A record does not exist in cache F42IUI015 matching the key
passed in for the fetch.
RESOLUTION. . Verify the key being passed into the fetch is correct and that
a record exists in the cache matching that key. Check the
JDE.LOG and JDEDEBUG.LOG for additional information.
