E1:UBE: Unable to View PDF From WSJ When Opened Second Or More Times. Error "The file may not exist on Enterprise Server or Security prevents the user from viewing the file" (Doc ID 2132440.1)

Symptoms

A UBE has been successfully submitted and executed on the Enterprise Server. Clicking on the job name hyperlink or selecting the 'View PDF' option from Row Exit displays the pdf output. Now close the PDF file, and try to click on the job name hyperlink once again. It now fails to display the same pdf with the error message

It has been verified that the pdf file exists in the print queue directory on the enterprise server.
