Employee's are within separate companies with different Tax ID's which was processed for 1095-C's with one AIR ID.
Example is for 2 Company Tax ID's:
The 1094C Transmittal Workfile Build (R08121A) produces two records under one AIR ID based on Tax ID which is correct. The 1095-C Forms Count field is populated and ties back to the number of 1095-C's produced and all the months for column B and C are populated for each EIN.
From Select 1094/1095Cs For Transmission (P08140) there are 2 rows for the AIR ID with the Authoritative Transmittal Flag checked for both EINs. There is correctly a different TAX ID and different Reporting Company.
The Build Transmissions builds one transmission.
The Submit Form Data XML runs HCIR Form Data XML (R08150) and creates an XML file with only one Submission ID and one EmployerEIN (the first company).
