Under California, employees are allowed to be on concurrent medical leave (FMLA/CFRA or PDL/FMLA); however, this functionality can't be set up in Leave Administration due to overlapping dates and medical leave eligibility rules.
The inability to set up concurrent leave based on California's various employment laws or any state that allows for concurrent leave is affecting the effective use of Leave Administration modules as needed.
