E1: LANG: HTML Client Fails to Display Some Application Forms For Turkish User (Doc ID 2135746.1)

Symptoms

Installation has multiple languages, including German and Turkish. If a user with English language as a preference changes their profile to use Turkish, then logs out and logs back in, their language is Turkish. If the same user then runs P0092 to change language preference back to English, the W0092A form opens but only generates the title line. The reset of the form is not generated. The following errors are in the log:


The web server is configured for JITI.

When testing using English to/from German, the problem does not occur.
