R30812 - Simulate Costs

When there are fixed components on the bill of material and the UOM of the bill in a different UOM than primary, the R30812 is dividing by ACQ X the conversion instead of the ACQ value by itself. If the bill is in the primary UOM the calculation is correct.

When running the R30812 cost roll program, the fixed material cost on the BOM is calculated using the BOM UOM for the ACQ value. This occurs when there is a fixed line on the BOM (F3002.FORQ = F) and the parent's BOM UOM is for example in feet, while the parent's Primary UOM (F4101.UOM1) is in inches. Where the ACQ = 200 and Primary UOM = IN and BOM UOM = FT, R30812 will for example divide the extended fixed cost by 2400 instead of 200 (converting ACQ value in primary UOM to BOM UOM).

Expect to have the system do the calculation in the primary.
