Information in this document applies to any platform.

Sales order goes on PA hold even if allocation is available. Issue occurs whenever there is a change in Requested Date (DRQJ) field such that total quantity ordered exceeds Current Balance in Allocation Set up P40307.

Let say Qty Limit in P40307 = 100.
Let say Ordered Qty = 100.
If customer changes the DRQJ field, system puts order on PA Hold.
If Ordered Qty = 10 and customer changes DRQJ field, system WON"T put order
on PA hold.

Apparently, application P4210 is adding up qty in total ordered qty whenever DRQJ is changed as if it is a new order line.
