Goal

With Colombia localizations enabled, require the ability to use the Address Book Constants Symbol to Identify A/B Tax ID with (/-Slash) and the A/B Pers/Corp code is B or I.  

Currently if using the A/B Tax ID Identifier (/-Slash) and the A/B Pers/Corp code is B or I, receive error “Invalid Tax id” or Error ID 496Z.
