Symptoms

When a user tries to review  messages received in Work-Center application ,  no text is displayed for the message body and the content is blank. For example , a message received for submitted jobs queue appears as below , without the details of the UBE name , version name etc as expected . 

The marked blank area in image above is expected to contain the details of message which is missing , in this case job details . For example
