P41203 Lot Trace/Track Inquiry

In Lot Trace Track inquiry P41203, client inquires on a lot number, then clicks "Expand All" to expand the nodes. The application eventually times out without returning any error. They can expand the nodes individually without an issue or delay. The Trace/Track report runs successfully without any errors. In the E1root log, the following error can be seen:
