When using sample percentage SMPC in the P3701 if a decimal sample size is calculated below or less than .5 the system rounds down.
Create a Test ID P3701 with a sample % of 5
Create a Profile P40318
Cut a PO for the item for a QTY of 45
Row exit to Test Results
Notice the system only has a sample size of 2
The system should round the number of sample to 3 from 2.25
For example, below a quantity of 45 would yield a calculation for 5% of 2.25, which should yield a sample size of 3, but is only giving 2, whereas a quantity of 50 is giving us 3 (2.5 rounds up to 3).
When the Sample % was for 5%, and the quantity received was:
40 - Sample Size was 2 = Good
20 - Sample Size was 1 = Good
12 - Sample Size was 1 = Good
10 - Sample Size was 1 = Good
8 - Sample Size was 0 = FAIL if the % calculation <1, it should round up to 1
5 - Sample Size was 0 = FAIL if the % calculation <1, it should round up to 1
