P54HS10 (Health and Safety - People Details) / R54HS300 (OSHA Form 300)

P54HS10 (Health and Safety - People Details) / R54HS300 (OSHA Form 300) only allow for a 40-character Injury / Illness Description (HSIID) that is output on the OSHA 300 column 'F'. This current data item size is insufficient for entry of injury/illness details required for proper OSHA reporting and so the data item needs to be enlarged to size 200; 40 characters is not enough to input even the example description provided of "Second degree burns on right forearm from acetylene torch".
The field length/size must also be enlarged accordingly on the applications P54HS00/P54HS10/P54HS12/P54HS16/P54HS30/P54HS210/P54HS230 and R54HS300/R54HS301/R54HS320 as well to accommodate the increased HSIID size.
