When the budget is created at P44H700 Lot Start Workfile Generation, (via P44H700 pro opt #8 = blank), bids containing C tax code (VAT tax) incorrectly include the tax amount in the Budget and Commitment amounts. Budget and commitment amounts should not include VAT tax. Since this is adding the sales tax amount to all of the completed homes, it is inflating the sales revenue by the tax amount.
The incorrect results can be seen on the R44H700 - Lot Start Workfile Generation Report, in Lot Start Workfile Review and in JSI (Job Status Inquiry). Both budget and committed amounts include the tax when they should not.
If R44H700 processing option 8 is set equal to 1 to create Create Workfile related budgets during Commitment Generation, after running the R44H7113 - Generate Homebuilder Commitments the R44H700 - Lot Start Workfile Generation Report and Lot Start Workfile Review still incorrectly include the tax in the Budget and commitment amounts but JSI displays the Budget and commitment amounts correctly with no tax included.
