E1 : GRID: Reset Special Value In the Query Manager Doesn't Work

Symptoms

Resetting a special value in the Query Manager doesn't reset the special value. Steps are as followed

#1 - Run P01012 (an example application) -> create a simple query on column Search Type (Sch Typ) in QBE line, save and run the query 

#2 - Create a second query with identical selection criteria, but click on drop down box for setting special value

#3- Click on reset

#4- Enter value like in the first query, save and run the query

#5- Result: -> NO records found

So reset special value doesn't reset the special value id back to 0, it has been observed from table

#6- Open F952430 table in UTB and select the first query where SPECIAL_VALUE_ID="0", so query is OK

#7- Select second query in UTB where SPECIAL_VALUE_ID="9", So query is wrong and the correct value should be 0 after reset
